If you would like to request a return for a product purchased from Precision Equine please contact our customer service team

Please call or email our Customer Service Team with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Original invoice number displayed on the confirmation email
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant photos
  • Contact details

Requirements to be eligible for a return

  • Returns request must be received within 14 days of order completion date
  • Unopened and unused in original sealed packaging
  • Securely wrapped so as not to be damaged during return postage
  • Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
  • Returned to us at your own expense
 

Can I cancel my order?

If you request to cancel an order, you must contact Precision Equine via phone or email. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request as it may have already been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, please do the following:

  • Decline the parcel at the Post Office and request to return to sender – we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging
  • Alternatively, you can return the parcel at your own expense. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.

Please choose products carefully. We do not accept returns for opened/used products if:

  • You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind
  • You misused the products in any way that caused the problem
  • The product did not perform to your expectations
  • Your horse does not like the taste or texture of the supplements
  • Neither Precision Equine nor the products we sell, claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support your horse as part of a well-balanced diet. Precision Equine are not healthcare professionals, therefore any information and advice you receive should not replace the veterinary advice provided to you by your veterinary professional. We recommend that you always seek appropriate veterinary advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

If you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect product from Precision Equine, please email sales@precisionequine.com.au with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Contact details
  • Original Order number/receipt
  • Any relevant photos
  • We will contact you directly as any exchanged or refunded items must be returned to our warehouse for any compensation to be supplied.
